A Song Of The Heart Set Free (A Spirit Song)
A Song Of A Heart Set Free Jesus my Jesus sweet Lamb of God Jesus my Jesus You lead me by Your staff and rod
O’ my Jesus sweet wonder of my soul O’ Jesus my Jesus your voice is gentle like thunders soft roll
Jesus You came to give Your life for me Jesus Your amazing Grace sets me free
Jesus You have risen from death unto life Delivered Your children from pain and strife
Jesus Your footprints have walked upon this earthly sod A great redeeming gift sent down from God
How You must have missed Him Your Father up above Yet You walked the road to Calvary led by His great love
You are all this heart will ever desire You are the loving guest that dwells in this heart of mire Jesus You are all my life, all my hope and desire To give You all my life, and my heart is all You require
Jesus O’ Jesus all my joy of giving Jesus O’ my Jesus all my reason for living
Jesus God of power, and mighty grandeur, the source of all my strength Jesus the living water, my daily cup to drink
Jesus bread of Heaven, and earth Jesus giver of joy, songs of victory, and mirth
O’ my Jesus, O’ my Lord O’ my Jesus, O’ my Lord
You have prepared a feast for me, before all my enemies You have given me pure water to drink Delivered my body from pain, drew me out of many waters brought me back from the brink
You gave me joy everlasting, anointed my head with oil Delivered my soul from sins dread toil
I cannot live with out You in my life, and when I think I can There in all my mistakes, and follies I see You stand
Loving eyes so kind, and gentle gazing back at me Why do I doubt You; when Your love has set me free
If ever I turn away for even a second I think I will perish Here within my life Your Holy presence I cherish
I can not live without You Lord You are my living water, my food, my eternal word
You hide me in all the secret places There in all Your beauty, I dwell beholding angel’s faces
There You call my name and tell of Your love There I am transported by Your great love
