From The Prophetic Pen of Ruthie

Hello my name is Ruth Pletcher, welcome and thank you for visiting the Prophetic Pen of Ruthie.

May the Lord minister to you, and bless you as you visit this Oasis of the Lord Jesus Christ and may each prophecy speak to your heart.  May His Love, Grace, and Mercies, surround you like a large comforter of His everlasting and divine Love.

Prophesy is for the edification and building up of, the body of Christ, The Church Of Jesus Christ.  Prophesy is never to replace Gods Holy Word. Prophecy should draw our attention to Jesus Christ and away from the prophet.  Prophecy must be measured, and judged by the Word of God.  Prophesy is to be judged by those who hear it and or read it.

The gift of Prophesy that God has given to me has shown itself to be entertwined in my Poetry, Prayers, and spiritual songs!  With the writings God has given to me is a spirit of wisdom, knowledge, and discenment.

Father,

Give your children understanding, discernment, wisdom, and knowledge. Bless the words you have given to bring Peace, Comfort, Compassion, and Encouragement, to Your children everywhere.

(1 Corinthians 12: 4-11) 

Spiritual Gifts: Unity in Diversity

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant:  You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, however you were led. Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.   There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.  There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord.  And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all.  But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:  for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit,  to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.  But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.

My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.  Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.  I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations.  For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.
